No. Unlike heavy lotions that sit on the surface, our botanical oil is designed to be applied to damp skin. When massaged in immediately after a shower, it absorbs quickly, leaving your skin feeling soft and conditioned rather than oily or slick.

For the best results, we recommend a consistent routine:

• Step 1 (Exfoliate): 1–3 times per week, depending on your skin’s sensitivity and level of dryness.

• Step 2 (Lock In Moisture): Apply the oil daily after showering to maintain a healthy moisture barrier.

While longevity varies based on how many areas you are treating (hands vs. full body), most customers find that a single 2-Step System lasts several weeks with regular use. A little goes a long way.

Our Dead Sea salt exfoliant is formulated primarily for the body (hands, elbows, knees, and feet). If you choose to use it on your face, do so occasionally and with a very gentle touch, as facial skin is significantly more delicate.
